About Junaid Jamshed
Junaid Jamshed was a Pakistani Artist, a famous TV personality and a fashion designer, who died in an air-crash near Havelian in 2016. Before entering the music industry, he also worked as an engineer in Pakistan Air force for a short span of time. In the start of 21st century, he drifted from music, left the band named Vital Signs and became a spiritual and religious leader.
In his earlier years after this paradigm shift, he recorded sufi kalam but later remain limited to Naats and Hamds. He became a role model for the youth and through out his career promoted Islam and nationalism. His soft, calm and hypnotic voice was applauded and praised everywhere. He recorded many Naat Albums which include Jalwa e Janan, Mehboob e Yazdan, Badr ud Duja, Yaad e Haram and Badi uz Zaman. .
